You can contact your provider directly by viewing Order Details, then clicking “Contact Provider”.

After you have placed your order, you can go to the Order Details page to view the status of your order. You will receive push notifications when your order is processing, is on its way to you, and after it’s delivered. You can also follow your order’s journey on the map in real time.

You can contact your provider directly by using the messaging option to confirm the details of your order, or call them directly.

You can reference your receipt in case your order is missing items or has the wrong items, and contact your provider directly through the app to request a correction.

You can instantly cancel your order if it is not on its way to you yet by going to the Order Details page and clicking “Cancel Order”.

There are no fees to join Tanbula. You can easily register, reach customers and begin taking orders without having to pay a registration fee.

You can register for Tanbula by downloading the app or filling out the Registration Form. Our team will get in contact with you to get you set up!

Your customer will be prompted to decide if they would like to receive a similar item if their specific order is out of stock. If they have opted in, you can swap the product before confirming the order. If they have not opted in, you can simply delete the item from the list.
